How to Accept a Collaboration Access Request in Shopify

When a Shopify Partner or developer sends a collaboration request, you’ll need to approve it from your Shopify admin to grant them access to your store. Here's how to accept the request:

🔹 Step 1: Check Your Email

1. Open the email associated with your Shopify store.
2. Look for a message from Shopify notifying you of a collaboration request.
3. Click the “View Request” button in the email. This will take you to your Shopify Admin login.

🔹 Step 2: Log in to Your Shopify Admin

• Enter your Shopify store credentials and log in.
• If you're already logged in, you'll be taken directly to the Collaborators page.

🔹 Step 3: Review and Approve the Request

1. In your Shopify admin, go to:

Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators

2. You’ll see the pending collaboration request listed.
3. Click the request to view details (requested permissions, agency name, etc.).
4. Click Approve to grant access.

🔐 Notes:

• Only the store owner or someone with permission to manage users can approve requests.
• You can remove access at any time by returning to the Collaborators section and clicking Remove Access.
